I like your lighting design. The shadows and highlights hit you just right. The hint of blue has a nice tinge to it and compliments the photograph with a serene emotion.
The slightly open mouth gives the feeling of longing, which I suppose you were aiming for based on the title.
The hair is very styled in a very sharp manner and looks clean. Even the direction of the hair is important and makes it very effective.
I don't care so much for the necklace. I personally think a bare neck would have a had a nicer effect.
All in all, a beautiful portrait. I commend you on your work. Keep on photographing!
